  • WHAT IS SHADY BABY?
    Shady Baby is the company created by the inventor of the Shady Baby Sun Lounger Tent. The product is unique, with many hours and resources used to design the best available product to protect your little one on a sunbed/lounger. The product is registered to Shady Baby Ltd only.
  • WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
    Online we accept credit/debit cards and PayPal on check out. Once our office and store is fully operational we will accept payment via bank transfer, phone payment, contactless and cash.
  • WHY IS SHIPPING EXPENSIVE?
    Currently we are using Royal Mail for our shipping service. All our items are dispatched 'Signed For'. This not only insures the item but also to prevent fraud. We are always reviewing our shipping costs, if you have any concerns please contact us.
  • MY UV BAND HAS STOPPED WORKING, WHAT DO I DO?"
    Please make sure your band is clean using warm water. Make sure there is no sun cream on the band or beads. If you wear your band everyday the life span is approx 1 month, this can be increased by storing your band in a cool dark place when not being used. Our beads have a long life span of minimum 6 months (or more) if exposed to UV light every day. Our beads can last up to 5 years if used occasionally and stored in a cool, dry and dark place when not in use.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount you paid for that item. All we ask is that you inform us by email or post and return the product within 10 working days from the day after receipt – contact should be made with us prior to sending your product back. Return the product to us at your expense in unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality) for a full refund less carriage charges. We recommend using an insured delivery service. Returns must be made within 10 working days of delivery. You should allow up to 21 days from receipt by us of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
